Mr. Ryan

asked the Minister for Finance the costs to public funds, including travel and subsistence expenses of accompanying civil servants and entertainment expenses, of the visit of the Minister for External Affairs at the 17th Session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, and the duration of such visit; and if he will give similar costs for the attendance by the Minister for industry and Commerce at the National Foreign Trade Convention in New York from the 25th October to 4th November last.

As the reply is in the form of a tabular statement, I propose with your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, to circulate it with the Official Report.
