andMr. McQuillan asked the Taoiseach whether, under the terms of Ireland's membership of the United Nations, he has any power to suppress or alter any authorised publication of a United Nations Committee ; and, if not, if he proposes to seek such power.

No individual member of the United Nations has power to suppress or alter the Report of any United Nations Committee, and I do not propose to seek any such power. It is, of course, open to any member to make representations about any such matter at the annual session of the Assembly.
