67.

asked the Minister for Lands when it is proposed to divide the Glynn farm at Srah, Peterswell, County Galway.

I propose, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, to take Questions Nos. 65 and 67 together.

Proposals for allocation of these two estates, aggregating 346 acres, are in course of formulation. If at all possible, the lands will be allotted this year.

66.

asked the Minister for Lands if the Land Commission have formulated a revised scheme for the division of the Bowes-Daly Estate at Dunsandle, Athenry, County Galway.

Of 360 acres originally acquired by the Land Commission on this Estate, some 113 acres were allotted last September. Examination of the various aspects affecting the disposal of the balance of the property is continuing and there will be no avoidable delay in the allocation of the lands.
