asked the Minister for Local Government the present position of the proposal by Kerry County Council to provide a regional piped water supply scheme for Minard, County Kerry.

Arrangements for the acquisition of the necessary land and water rights are now being completed by the council.

asked the Minister for Local Government the present position of the proposal by Kerry County Council to provide a piped water supply for the Ardfert district.

Contract documents for the scheme have not yet been completed by the council's consulting engineer.

39.

asked the Minister for Local Government the present position of the proposal by Kerry County Council to provide a piped water supply for the Abbeydorney and Kilflynn districts.

Contract documents for the first stage of the scheme were received in my Department yesterday.
