I am aware that certain bodies have received grants for educational purposes from sources abroad and that institutions of higher education receive grants from abroad in support of research programmes. Since, however, I have no function in relation to the arrangements for financial assistance of this kind I am not in a position to furnish the list requested by the Deputy.
