asked the Minister for Finance the estimated cost of implementing recommendation No. 96 in the Seventh Report of the Income Tax Commission, viz., that a taxpayer should be granted an allowance for medical expenses up to a maximum of £300 per year arising out of serious disability or illness.

Information is not available from which a reliable estimate of the cost of implementing the Commission's recommendation could be made.
