As indicated in the reply of 6th March, 1963, three of the estates in question had already been partly allotted. In these and the other cases, disposal had to await the selection of allottees, negotiations for exchanges, execution of essential improvements works, etc. I understand that some allotments were made last month and that further allocations are expected during the present month.
