Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Old Age Pensions.

61.

asked the Minister for Social Welfare if he will continue payment of old age pensions to recipients who take up permanent residence in the Six Counties.

Recipients of old age pensions who take up permanent residence in Northern Ireland are already entitled under existing legislation to continued payment of their pensions. In the case of non-contributory pensions the maximum period for which payment can be made is five years.
