Vol. 202 No. 5

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Nenagh Bog Road.

5.

asked the Minister for Finance if he will provide money to repair the road and bridges leading into Redwood bog, Lorrha, Nenagh, County Tipperary, as the road and bridges are in very bad condition and the people using them cannot get out the winter supply of fuel.

I assume the Deputy is referring to the work covered by the bog development scheme application form submitted by Mr. Patrick Madden, Grange, Nenagh, on behalf of a number of landholders and described by him as starting from Pat Browne's farm house and running east and north to the bog in Redwood.

Arrangements have been made to inspect the proposal at an early date and there will be no avoidable delay in reaching a decision in the case.
