Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Illumination of Dublin Traffic Signs.

37.

Mr. Ryan

asked the Minister for Local Government if he will have State grants given towards the cost of illuminating the "No entry" and "Stop" signs in the city of Dublin; and, if so, the amount of such grants.

The further illumination of the signs referred to is a matter for Dublin Corporation in the first instance. I have received no proposals on the subject and consequently the question of grants towards the cost has not been considered.
