NOTE 2: The Main and County Road Improvement Grants shown for 1962-63 are the original allocations. The council opted to transfer £59,224 of the County Road grant to main roads giving the following revised grants for that year: Main Road Improvement Grant £117,824; County Road Improvement Grant £37,676.
NOTE 3: The special bridge grant for 1963-64 is in the reconstruction of Clavin's Bridge on the Kells-Cavan Road. (T.35).
