The Land Commission had this estate inspected from time to time over the past few years and decided not to proceed for acquisition.

Following an inspection of this estate in January last, proceedings were instituted by the Land Commission for acquisition of the lands. The proceedings are now well advanced and it is hoped that possession of the property will be obtained later this year.
