I would refer the Deputy to my replies to similar questions on 13th November and 5th December, 1962, when I indicated that publication of a new edition of the Shipping Handbook was not contemplated. There was very little public demand for the publication. Much of the information in it was subject to rapid change and a good deal of it was readily available elsewhere.
