When drilling a test well for oil and natural gas at Glangevlin, County Cavan, the company encountered indications of natural gas in limited quantities. Further exploration work is continuing, and I am providing the company with the petroleum leases which they require.
The company are also engaged in the exploration of a gypsum deposit in County Cavan for which I am granting the requisite prospecting facilities.
Stick to the gas. You will get plenty of it down there.
There is more natural gas in other places that I know of.
