Mr. Ryan

asked the Minister for Justice if he will state in respect of the disqualification for holding a driving licence remitted by him on 11th June last the reason why the three-year disqualification was imposed on 11th December last.

The disqualification was imposed as a result of a conviction on 11th December of an offence against Section 53 (2) (b) of the Road Traffic Act, 1961.
