asked the Taoiseach the number of permanent farm workers (employees) over 18 years of age in each county and in the State in June, 1962, and June, 1963, and, if details are available, the number of temporary farm employees in each county, and the number of farm tractors.

Particulars of the number of male agricultural employees 18 years of age and over and of the number of tractors on agricultural holdings in each county in June, 1962, are given in the following table. Corresponding figures for June, 1963, are not yet available but provisional estimates for the State as a whole are shown.
