The vacancy for subpostmaster at Templemore was readvertised on 16th October. The closing date for applications is 30th October. The Department has contacted the former subpostmaster with a view to negotiating suitable terms for temporary occupation of his premises pending the appointment of a new subpostmaster. If such terms are agreed full Post Office services will be resumed without delay. Alternatively, the Department is in a position to restore full services immediately from the temporary sub-post office which was provided in the Garda station on 13th August.
