Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Driving Disqualification.

123.

Mr. Ryan

asked the Minister for Justice if he will state in respect of the 12 months disqualification for holding a driving licence remitted by him on 17th July last why the disqualification was imposed on 8th April last.

The disqualification was imposed as a result of a conviction on 8th April of an offence against the General Bye-Laws for the Control of Traffic, 1937 and 1956, made under the Road Traffic Act, 1933.
