The question of increased grants to secondary schools is under review.
Is the Minister aware that there are certain secondary schools run by Christian Brothers and other religious communities who are providing a very cheap form of education and who are not charging the full secondary fees? When he is reviewing the matter, will he take that into consideration so that they may be compensated for their efforts in regard to education in this country?
That is always in my mind.
