Vol. 206 No. 4

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Terenure (Dublin) Sewers.

20.

Mr. Ryan

asked the Minister for Local Government why the sewers at College Park Estate, Terenure, Dublin, have not been taken in charge by the Dublin County Council, even on roads where the roads, lighting and other services have been taken in charge; and whether any grants were, or will be, paid by his Department in respect of houses serviced by such sewers.

I am informed by Dublin County Council that, in accordance with normal practice, the sewers in question have not been taken over pending completion by the developer of outstanding work on part of the estate. Grants have been paid in respect of the houses.
