The Index, which has been prepared by the Incorporated Council for Law Reporting, has recently been approved by the Superior Courts Rules Committee, and the Incorporated Council is at present putting the text into final form before sending it to my Department for printing. As soon as the text of the Index is received it will be sent for printing as a matter of urgency, but I cannot indicate at this stage how soon the Index will be available.
Does that mean that the Rules have appeared some time ago and will be followed by an Index?
I would have thought that Deputy O'Higgins would be fully aware of that.
I cannot give the Minister information. Perhaps the Minister would give that information to the House?
