asked the Minister for Justice if he will state with regard to each of the years 1959-60, 1960-61, 1961-62 and 1962-63 (on the basis of the calculations made by him for the years 1956-57, 1957-58 and 1958-59 and stated on the Second Reading of the Courts Bill, 1963) the number of sitting days required to deal with the volume of Circuit Court work arising in Dublin; and if he will indicate in regard to such work in each such year the number of cases which occurred under (a) the Road Traffic Act, (b) the Workmen's Compensation Act, and (c) the Malicious Damage to Property Acts.
