The reply to the first part of the question is in the negative.
Regarding the second part, I have already indicated to the Deputy in reply to previous questions by him on the subject on 3rd December, 1963, and 5th February, 1964, that the Corporation do not consider it desirable to proceed with any portion of the scheme until the question of land acquisition has been disposed of.
