Following inspection of the site selected for this cottage, the local authority were advised on the 12th September, 1963, to explore the possibility of securing an alternative site which could be developed at a lower cost and which would enable advantage to be taken of possible water and sewerage facilities. I understand that the local authority's re-examination of the proposal is almost completed and that a decision on the matter will be made very shortly.
