Vol. 208 No. 6

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Ringsend (Dublin) School.

91.

asked the Minister for Education the date on which it is proposed to commence work on the building of a new national school at Ringsend, Dublin.

Revised sketch plans for the new schools have been approved. When certain preliminary matters which remain to be settled with the ground landlords have been cleared up a grant towards the erection of the schools will be sanctioned. All possible steps are being taken to expedite the commencement of the building of these schools. I am not, however, at present in a position to state when building operations are likely to begin.
