I understand that the Authority normally operates trade test transmissions from the five main television stations but that the transmissions from Mount Leinster have been temporarily suspended because of a breakdown in the ESB power supply caused by recent storms. The Authority expects to be able to resume these transmissions about the end of this month when the normal power supply is restored.
