In October, 1963, I sanctioned the purchase of a site and authorised the County Cork Vocational Education Committee to prepare plans for a two-room vocational school at Watergrasshill.
A subsequent proposal by the committee to provide a four-room school is at present under consideration in my Department. When a decision has been reached about the size of the school it will be necessary to have sketch plans and working drawings prepared. Accordingly, I am not in a position to say when the school will be erected.
