The Revenue Commissioners have placed an order for a rotary photo-gravure stamp printing machine which will be capable of printing stamps of the highest quality, including multi-coloured stamps. It is expected that the new machine will be delivered early in 1965. The Minister for Posts and Telegraphs is, of course, responsible for the design and colour of postage stamps.
