I am informed by the Shannon Free Airport Development Company Ltd. that one industry has been established at the Shannon Industrial Estate since 1st January, 1964, and that applications for facilities to set up at Shannon are at present under examination in respect of six projects, some of which are expected to materialise during the year. In addition, 25 other concerns are at present investigating the possibilities of establishing operations at Shannon.
