Vol. 209 No. 9

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - East Limerick Land Division.

66.

asked the Minister for Lands what lands, if any, the Land Commission propose to take over for division in East Limerick.

Land Commission records are not compiled by reference to constituency areas. For County Limerick as a whole, however, particulars of lands which are currently the subject of acquisition proceedings, are contained in a tabular statement which I propose, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, to circulate with the Official Report.

Following is the statement:—

In addition, negotiations are in progress for voluntary purchase of nine properties aggregating 366 acres and inquiries are being made regarding four estates totalling 473 acres. It is not the practice to publish details of such cases.
