The amount of rates per head of the population leviable in the year ending 31st March, 1965, is £8. 19. 1.
Details of the rate in the pound determined by each county council and each county borough corporation in respect of the year ending 31st March, 1965, were furnished in reply to a question by Deputy Sweetman on 8th April, 1964 (Dáil Debates volume 208 No. 8, columns 1239, 1240 and 1241).
Following is the information in respect of borough corporations and urban district councils, which as it is in the form of a tabular statement, I propose, with your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, to circulate with the Official Report:—
