I have approved of contract documents for a scheme of eight dwellings for elderly people at Stack's Villas, subject to some minor amendments, and it is open to the housing authority to invite tenders for erection of the dwellings.
Plans for 62 dwellings at Caherina have been generally approved and I am awaiting submission of the contract documents for this scheme.
