asked the Minister for Lands what lands have been in the hands of the Land Commission in Tipperary for a period of more than (a) one year, (b) two years, and (c) three years.

The information requested is contained in a tabular statement which I propose, with your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, to circulate with the Official Report.

Following is the statement:—

PARTICULARS of lands in Co. Tipperary (SR)—apart from turbary, insignificant residues of allotted estates and lands transferred in exchange—which came into the possession of the Land Commission prior to 27th May, 1963.
