The Wexford Traffic and Parking Bye-Laws, 1964 were submitted for my approval by the Commissioner of the Garda Síochána on 22nd May, 1964. My approval cannot be given until after the expiration of the statutory period of one month as prescribed in subsection (5) of section 6 of the Road Traffic Act, 1961.
