asked the Minister for Justice the number of remissions of prison sentences granted by him within the last three months to persons (a) over and (b) under twenty-one years of age; the nature of the offences in respect of which such persons were convicted; and the sentences imposed.

With your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, I propose to circulate for inclusion in the Official Report a statement giving the information requested by the Deputy.
