I have approved in principle of the provision of water supplies for all these areas, except Monivea for which no proposal has yet been submitted.
A consulting engineer is to be appointed for the Caltra regional scheme. Detailed documents have been prepared for the Menlough scheme and are being examined by the county engineer. Gaugings of a possible source for the Monivea scheme are being carried out at present.
