asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce whether any Orders have been made under section 13 of the Prices Act 1958; and, if so, the date on which such Orders were made, the commodities in respect of which they were made and their effect.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce whether any orders have been made under section 14 of the Prices Act 1958; and, if so, the date on which such Orders were made, the commodities in respect of which they were made and their effect.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce whether a declaration of emergency has been made under section 15 of the Prices Act 1958; and, if so, if he will give particulars of the declaration.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce whether any Orders have been made under section 16 of the Prices Act 1958; and, if so, the date on which such Orders were made, the commodities in respect of which they were made and their effect.

77.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce whether any Orders have been made under Section 17 of the Prices Act 1958; and, if so, the date on which such Orders were made, the commodities in respect of which they were made and their effect.

The answer to the first part of each question is no and the second part does not, therefore, arise.
