The county council have at planning stage a further scheme of 140 dwellings at Hillview, Cabinteely. I am not in a position to say when these schemes are likely to be commenced. The most recent figures available indicate that approximately 295 applicants in the Rathdown area are regarded by the Dublin County Council as in need of rehousing.
