Vol. 215 No. 8

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Letters to Radio Caroline.

56.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if his attention has been drawn to complaints that letters posted in this country addressed to Radio Caroline have not been delivered; whether he has made any inquiries; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

No complaints of the kind referred to have been received by me or my Department. Letters posted in this country for the address in question are forwarded in the normal course.

Has the Minister seen Press reports to this effect and has he made inquiries?

I have. I cannot chase after every will-o'-the-wisp report.

Would the Minister like to confirm or deny a rumour that Deputy Seán MacEntee, who has an aversion to teenagers, may have intercepted them?

That has nothing to do with the question.
