I move:
That where for any year of assessment income arising from the ownership or occupation of any lands, tenements or hereditaments is shared among two or more persons, each of those persons may be separately assessed and charged under Schedule A of the Income Tax Act, 1918, or, as the case may be, under Schedule B of that Act.
