I move:
That further provision be made for charging income tax (including sur-tax) and corporation profits tax, in cases specified in the Act giving effect to this Resolution and subject to the terms of that Act, on profits arising from transactions in land or from developing land, including profits arising from acquisitions (whether by purchase or otherwise) and disposals of interests in land, the granting of rights relating to land or the acquisition and disposal of shares or other interests in companies having interests or rights relating to land, and the Act giving effect to this Resolution may contain provisions as to the manner of computation of such profits and other supplemental or ancillary matters.
