I move:
That the Special Commissioners be empowered to order payment of the whole or part of the tax charged by an assessment to income tax or corporation profits tax which is under appeal and that, where such an order is made, the tax ordered to be paid shall be collected, paid and carry interest notwithstanding the appeal.
