A proposal of Mayo County Council for the establishment of fully-equipped dental clinics in Ballina, Ballinrobe, Belmullet, Claremorris, Swinford and Westport was approved by my predecessor in July last.
I understand that work on the provision and equipment of most of the new clinics is already well advanced.
