asked the Minister for Justice if he will have steps taken to bring the rules and practice of the Circuit Court relating to orders of that Court into line with those of the Superior Courts so that copies of the orders will be prepared by the Court Registrars without requiring drafts of such orders to be prepared by solicitors and submitted by them to the Court offices for approval and subsequent collection, engrossment and resubmission for signature.
