Vol. 216 No. 6

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Swords (Dublin) Pedestrian Crossings.

28.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he is aware of the need for pedestrian crossings in the town of Swords, County Dublin; and what steps, if any, are being taken to provide this essential amenity.

I understand that work is at present in progress on the provision of a pedestrian crossing and traffic refuge at Main Street, Swords, in the vicinity of the church and that a traffic refuge is being provided in the Main Street, near the Garda station. The work is expected to be completed in the near future.
