asked the Taoiseach whether, further to a reply of 12th May regarding the holidays of insurance company staff, the State Solicitor has as yet completed his consideration of appropriate legal proceedings in this case; if so, what action has been taken; and if, in view of the fact that this consideration has now been proceeding since early last March and the holiday season is now beginning, he will take steps to ensure that this matter is treated as one of urgency.
