asked the Minister for Lands the rate of wages, hours of work and holidays applicable to Land Commission workers in each county together with the average bonus paid up to the latest available date.

The particulars requested are contained in a tabular statement which I propose, with your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, to circulate with the Official Report.

All the above employees who meet the minimum attendance requirements enjoy the following holidays in accordance with the provisions of the Holidays (Employees) Act, 1961:

1,600 hours in a year.

The average weekly bonus earnings in the latest pay period for which figures are available amounted to £2 1s. 6d. in the case of a ganger and £1 14s. in the case of a worker.
