The Commissioners of Public Works have reported that the proposed extension of this school on the existing site cannot be recommended due to its restricted nature. When an extension to the site, or a new site has been obtained, further consideration will be given to the matter.

My Department has sanctioned a grant towards the cost of erecting a new school at Ballyhass. I understand from the Commissioners of Public Works that detailed working drawings are being prepared.
