(South Tipperary) asked the Taoiseach if he will give for the latest available 12 months figures in respect of imports and exports.

The value of imports for the 12 months period ended 31 May, 1965 was £364.0 million. The corresponding figure for total exports, including re-exports, was £213.0 million. The data for May, 1965, included in these totals are provisional.
