asked the Minister for Social Welfare if he will state in regard to a person (name supplied) whether he has concluded his investigation into this man's age; if so, when it is estimated that he attained the age of 70; or, if he has not yet reached 70 years of age, when it is estimated he will.

Investigation of this case has been completed and the case has been transmitted to the local Pension Committee for decision.
